The Current 12685 was supposed to be via HAS only sir, For that train even quota allocation was done , i.e RLWL from BWT to MAQ but at last minute it was diverted because of the ghat constraints via Pothanur line. Dakshin Kannada railway association ppl were the first to demand a shorter route train to MAS rather than the current trains as it will cover SBC and MAS
