Traction Motor of RPM WAP 7, 30320 which was hauling 12623 fell down on the track at WKI. Since home signal of WKI was at caution, train was in slow speed and hence major accident was averted. Only after traction motor is removed, line will be cleared. Rescue loco was brought to move the rake back to WKI and now train is running late by 5hr, hence 12624 will be rescheduled. Similiarly CAPE-MS express will be rescheduled as Island is now running late.
