Most of unreserved travellers are because of non availability of accoodation in sleeper class. Instead of putting more and more trains with different concepts increase the frequency of Guwahati Bangalore to 5 days a week and 2 days to dibrugarh making a daily link then the nber of AC coaches can be decreased to 6 and see that they are 6 general coaches in both the trains by adjusting sleeper. This will be more economical for IR as we'll as travellers. The present TVM Guwahati should be made 4 times SC Guwahati 2 Times and one day from tirupati by giving a separate slot from HWH and other destination trains. In thus way they will be two trains daily to Guwahati. They can extend each day to dibrugath as well from sc and tvm too.
We can't run away for long from the fact that the bare minimum requirement for the north east towards south India is having DAILY, DEDICATED trains from GHY to MAS, SBC, TVC and SC each. This one-day-to-TVC, three-days-to-SBC trend won't help for long.
No Antyodaya, no Humsafar no fancy names. Plain simple superfast trains. The earlier IR realises this, the better.

GHY-SBC and GHY-TVC, ERS-PATNA shares same slot, so increasing the frequency is out of question. Now, railway will have to come up with new slot for these trains ti increase the frequency.
I have mentioned that in my comment to giving 2 slots to Guwahati by separating others.
