At last i have cancelled the PNR with the TQWL Cancellation charge of Rs.60.
I have re-booked the same itinerary with current booking with normal quota at that time seats were open.
I get confused a TQWL cannot get confirmed even after chart preparation but how cum seats available for current booking for the same itinerary.
This shows how IR are playing game...
