That does not justify the poor services offered by Railways...
Quality of service is affected due to various factors : and one is 'outsourcing' :
The money Railway charges to passenger and money reaches to service provider has BIG gap ...
and those contractor's employees are 'shrewd' that they too dance to the tunes of 'important' persons only, and others are 'cattle'...
