SWR 's 16565 YPR MAQ via SRR reaches MAQ on Mondays at 17:40 and returns as 16566 at 20:00.
SWR should run 16565 via Hassan on Monday daytime to reach MAQ by 17:40 and return at 20:00. Atleast one weekly slot is possible. SWR should tell SR to run their train from MAQ to KJM or wfd with present 16565/ 16566 timings.

Then, it can be done for one TVC & MAS train with RSA even now for accommodating SBC trains. For neighbouring state capital, you have 4 /5 daily trains, but for own state capital, half daily train!
