I am talking about activity on twitter too, open the twitter page of GM ECR and see how of many tweets he has replied. He never replies on twitter, passengers grievance holds no importance to him. ECR twitter handle is there only to retweet Ministry of Railways and Suresh Prabhu's boasting tweets nothing else. twitter account of GM ECR is just for formality.

Then what about ex GM NER Rajeev Misra sir he has only 6117 followed I think he is the one of best gm regarding solving greivances on Twitter and he reply almost on every tweets than any other IR officials

Personally, I don't like the existence of ECR as a zone. There was no need to carve it out by scissoring our ER to appease constituency vote banks. ER's and its Divisional Twitter Handles are slightly better in responding to railfans and passengers. Even DRM MGS's & UMB's Twitter Handle is quite active. DRM LKO's Twitter Handle is medium in responding to people but Twesh can tell about this better :)

ECR hadn't been made by scissoring ER only, SEE and SPJ Division of ECR were earlier in NER. BTW Formation of smaller zones was a better Idea, small operating areas are always better in administrative point of view. I believe that NR should also be bifurcated into 2-3 more zones to have a better administration.
