The track alignment is such that high speed possible. Already some 30 freights have operated in the past fortnight. So it's not empty. Also apart from 2 LCs in Bengaluru, it has no other manned or unmanned LCs till Hassan.

Yes... I also heard 80kmph. I think this is what CRS has approved. All trains will have to go with max 80 itself for first few months (years). After that I think SWR will reconduct CRS Inspection & Speed will be gradually increased in 5-10Kmph.
No info about other Trains. SWR could have Inagurated DEMU Passenger too. Sakaleshpur has got nothing.
