Today in Rajya Sabha while replying to a Question raised by MP Vivek Gupta regarding Flexi-fare, Rail Minister Suresh Prabhu has said that in last 6 months their is an increment of about 13% in Railways' earning from premium class trains bcoz of this flexi-fare scheme. So the writing on the wall is that their is no change of Roll back of this flexi-fare scheme.

Ha jinhay flight mai seat nhi milegi... This statement restricted to only 1st nd 2nd ac pax.....mridul bhai we r rail fans so might be its hardly effect us but we r very less in count.
1st or 2nd AC passenger hi kyu, agar planned journey hai or pehle booking karoge to Air ticket 3rd AC se bhi sasta hai. Railfan hone k sath samajhdaar consumer hona chahiye, Railfan hai iska matlab ye thodehi ki ghaate ka sauda ker k train me chale!!
Totally agree on 'smajhdar consumer' m also bit smajhdar :)
