The circular stated can be nearby station too, but booking upto Rajdhani halts isn't bad either. As u can deboard at any station of yr preference, even at unscheduled halt. But seriously pity the Railways stubborness to fill empty seats with low sf passenger but still continue with DYNAMIC fare.
