Which are the Worst 110 MPS sections in IR...I mean that stretch where track is 110 cerified but because of various factors like TSRs/PSRs,congestion etc trains maintain very less average speed..?

ksk,apsk,tnsk,12642,22416,12138 among others are daily victims
