FYKI, From last 4-5 months it was running with eloco from ALD ANVT. And now it is running with dloco. Today 12428 was with JHS WDM 3D
it was unnecessary...
why running dloco in fully eletrified anvt ald route..

to avoid the delay at ALD in up direction
maybe after the introduction of new time table it will get eloco from Ald
