The Monopoly of rlys is just ruining the fate of common passengers. Paying surge and getting this type of quality really sucks. Don't know abt others but food in 12302,12314,22812/24 or 12440 in DN or UP is equally tasteless. Meals on wheels catering in sdah and bbs Raj is extremely poor. Moreover the behavior of pantry staff is such that as if they are serving us from their own pockets.
Railways for me today is just like a Black hole..... where we the passengers are just paying which is coming inside the black hole but nothing is going outside in terms of facilities or food qualities.
