Sorry I haven't done any TL on time table, so asking----why has the correct time table been over written with wrong one here?

It is correct as MYS-YPR with all correct stops. But here overwritten with as MYS-SBGA passenger and wrong non-stop run from HAS to YPR. Why? And approved too?
