At 8 AM when reservation starts for this train having 120 ARP days, the quota from HYB to NZM is 15 seats in 3AC. My question is can I get a SIDE Lower seat if I book ticket with side lower preference at 8 AM in this? Need to book for August 1st 2017.

Chances are high for SL as Aug is not peak month. for safe side choose option "book only when at least one lower birth". Best Wishes.
