Yes agreed WAP7 could be given to any train, my comment was about WAP7 (HOG capable) to be prioritized for LHB rakes currently using 2 EOG. Instead if an HOG capable WAP7 is used then one of the EOG could be removed (other EOG used as backup) and an additional coach can be accommodated in its place.

Yes the loco was changed to usual WDP4D at Shornur ... by the way of the 4 WAP7 planned for RPM, 30528 was turned out on 7th April and is currently in transit at ELS/ASN
