Jab WCR ne CRS hi diesel loco se kiya !!! Aur kuch khaamiya batai thi electrification ma aur ab WCR ne usse complete bhi kar diya that also without running a electric loco

There is a procedure, if CRS inspects major works and approves them and minor works have some defects, the CRS may issue an authority to the incharge of concerned work for issueing safety certificate after rectification of mistakes.
