Human Resource is the most important asset for any organisation including IR, hene the best possible candidates should be given jobs. IR go on doling out jobs without going for merit, the performance/ work culture shall further deteriorate.
Instead of giving job to every Tom, Dick & Harry IR should move towards maximizing the use of technology, more human hands means more chances of error+increase in expenses too.
