If a book 3 tickets in Tatkal....if one confirmed the other two were not? then the other can travel along with me? Will the remaining tickets (w/l) will automatically cancelled?

Automatic cancellation and refund by IRCTC is done only in case where the full ticket against one PNR stands waitlisted at the time of chart preparation. There is not auto-cancellation and auto-refund for partial WL/RAC ticket.
A certificate can be obtained from the Ticket Checking staff in the train regarding non-travelling of wait-listed passengers on such tickets and refund can be obtained thereafter by sending TDR request to IRCTC.
