But I thought every seat would be independent, when I read the news some years back when they mooted the idea of importing this.. Here 2 seats have the rotation freedom.

There are only 40 seats , lesser than executive CC seats. Also seems only one side bath rooms are there.
Also the screen shades of both window and roof are controlled by some staff I guess.

Observation deck has seats touching the side wall. In tourist boats for example, the seats will have space between walls and seats, enough for people to sit and see outside rather than face towards the coach.

Just saw Telugu News - It's just one coach and loco. The guard is in this coach only on the observation deck side and was waving the green flag. No separate SLR.

So during regular run also, no SLR I guess - if it is gonna return back to VSKP independent of the Kirandul passenger.
