HYB and SC are congested but not pitlines...only PF's are congested.
and there is so much of laziness for SC div, which makes them to feel like they are congested.
And trains terminate at HYB are high profile onec, they will never be touched and trains terminating at SC has only vishaka and padmavati which cant be extended any more bcz of TAT and due to RSa devagiri combo cant be replaces and no point of touching AC trains like garibrath r drnt.

non maintenance trains like gowtami and mtm and others will not be extended beyind SC bcz of SF constraints and loco change issues, and UR crowd pax will not at all agree for these.
There was a understanding which happened some time back in between SWR and SCr once the pitline is shaped out SWR wants to handover rake to SCR nd in return SCR asked for Kcg Ypr tri weekly to be daily and i am not sure will that proposal is still live or not.
