So which of these State Capital Railway Stations you feel is NEGLECTED ahead of other Railway Stations in that State or is not of the Standards of a Capital City it should be..

No major city in whole MP which could get upto bpl in terms of railway

Practically Ahmedabad had been the capital of Gujrat and can be called a parent city of the Gandhinagar capital city, which is a well planned new capital complex created at outskirts of the congested parent city (Ahmedabad).
If ADI is not capital og Gujrat, then Raipur is also not the capital of Chhatisgarh, it is Naya Raipur, which too has been created as well planned capital complex at outskirts of Raipur.
