Salem Division office should be shifted to Erode or Coimbatore.
No major trains / passengers are operated from Salem.
During formation Salem is somewhat far away from Palakkad and midway between Jolarpettai to Palakkad .
Now proposal may be formulated to shift the divisional Hqs to Coimbatore city or Erode .

Palakkad and Salem division s are merged as Coimbatore New division.
Tirupathi has many trains than Guntakal , this is not a criteria for a division
Good great ideas, formation of division has several criterias and requirements, Still now SA has to complete n numbers of required work which was required for a rly division.
It can be shifted to coimbatore and ERODE cannot compete eith cbe
SR is in Tamilnadu ,but totally controlled by our Kerala brothers only.
Our 50 MP s are never enter in to SR HQs .
