- twitter handle to manage grievances like khaana nahin mila, paani chahiye, gandagi saaf karwaana, doctor chahiye. Par usse train punctual ho jaegi ya new train chalegi Aisa nahin hota

- increased incidence of accidents , derailments - isIs ka haath hai ya coincidence hai ya mismanagement
- decrease in punctuality- kuch trains agar do ghamte late pohunche toh logon ki train choot jaaye, kyunki woh kabhi itni jaldi nahin aayi in dinon
- introduced some trains like humsafar, deen dayalu- concept achcha hai par flexible fare and lack of proper survey se kuch ko super fast mein convert karna pada
-Flexible fare -aeroplane ka concept laakar trains ke fare aeroplane ke baraabar kar diye, phir poochte hain log chadhte kyun nahin

1- Main focus on Gauge Conversation and doubling with Electrification
2- Increase passenger facilities on station Like water vending machine free wi-fi
