Suburban me bhi yehi hai matlab log ek din be kai martaba use kar sakte hai ye ticket.
Won't this be a loss to IR ( traveling with d same tkt several times)?
As someone above told that the person sitting at the kiosk window selling tickets gets Rs 1 on each ticket he sold, I think what railway does instead of letting him get Rs 1 on each suburban (mostly doesn't cost more than Rs 5) ticket he sells, they let the passenger use that same ticket whole day. As the people traveling on these halt stations are negligible compared to other minor station, it will help the railway in printing less tickets. And also what I have seen is the person at the kiosk ticket selling window opens up only when there is train and rest of the time he closes the office.
I really loved the hard card type old ticket.
It felt like some special ticket to me
