A much needed train from JBP to BINA.
It can shares the load of 18236 pass from KMZ to BINA and also provide a time saving journey to passengers.
It would be so helpful for daily passengers because it can provide daily morning connectivity between JBP and BINA.

1. Already a tri-weekly JBP INDB in the morning which runs with almost zero patronage
2. Extremely long rake. Even JBP HBJ does not have that many coaches.
3. No need of changing the power to electric. That will just waste more time.
