Yes. But VSKP and AP are asking for a separate zone. Agitations are on, god knows when they will announce? News of someone committing suicide for this cause too was there in IRI news.
Is HMRDC of any use? Also, SR was first indifferent to KL. Initially, SR meant TN. Its just recently that KL is getting good treatment. Consider 12625. It ran with very old coaches. TVC Divn. had been the dumpyard of SR's old coaches. You could see 89 made coaches with roofs flying off while running! :P There were instances when 16315/6 ran with one SLR and was reversed at the destination. Kerala Express used to borrow coaches from NR and SWR. TVC divn. was so pathetic under SR. In case of SWR, I see no point of keeping UBL as HQ. MYS/SBC would have been better. GR must come under SWR. ONTs from SBC to GR/BGM are needed.
And its pathetic that SR cant terminate Kudla at MAQ. And the TT framed is not a great one.
