On IRI atlas Sakleshpur to Subrahmanya Road distance is showing just 55km while on National Train enquiry system (NTES) its showing 109km. Which one is correct?

Though actual distance is 55 kms, the chargable distance is 110kms. We have to pay double charge in the ghat section.
