No,but you can enter coach id (S1,S2,B1,B2,A1,A2,etcetra) while booking online
In high demanded trains, the quota will be allotted to certain coaches only in the midstation so that long distant passengers are not disturbed and quota confusions dont arise (eG; S8 or S9 for 12683/22607 from PTJ to SBC or S5 and after for 16022 for SBC to MAS
