2 Antyodaya Coaches shd be added to every Non AC LHB M/E/SF trains which have overflowing GS coaches
Unreserved pass can buy tickets for this coach (Antyodaya fares) and get comfortable unreserved travel at bit higher rates.

Instead allow booking online for Anthyodaya train with special Anthoyadaya class like sleeper, 2A. So that many can easily take it. Also poor will benefit.
But the main point here is last minute travellers who dont find tickets on trains prefer Buses or travel in heavily packed genral coaches ..So for them Antyodaya can be helpful...
If allowed booking online it shd be with 24 hr gap window only.

before doing this IR need to find a way out technically to increase the coach limit to 26 for all the trains( platforms /loco load what ever the constraint be )
