Instead of dedicated Antyodaya service which is actually incurring losses for Indian Railways ...Can IR think of implementing the same concept as under :
2 Antyodaya Coaches shd be added to every Non AC LHB M/E/SF trains which have overflowing GS coaches

Unreserved pass can buy tickets for this coach (Antyodaya fares) and get comfortable unreserved travel at bit higher rates.

Maximum cap shd be kept on no of tickets such that each ticket purchaser gets a seat to sit. So in a typical Antyodaya Coach lets say 160 people can be accomodated (16 per bay comprising 4 in lower seats , 3 in upper seats x 2 + 2 Side seats)
