more... first encounter with fastest train of india. Crossing & Overtake within two minutes.
NZM bound 12649 Karnataka Sk was running behind schedule skipping Chata,while WAP7 Andhra Pradesh SK(with Milk Tanker at end) was put on loop to give way to Gatimaan Express. Within minutes KSK gained speed and I saw a dust raising train lead by WAP5 to realise that its no one but Gatimaan. Crossing was for less than 4 seconds as both trains were at MPS.
Please excuse for wind noise as it was out of my control during shooting.

The train was inaugurated on 5 April 2016.
Gatimaan Express is India's first semi high speed train that runs between Delhi and Agra in India. It operates at a max speed of 160 km/h (99 mph) and is the fastest train in India.
The train takes 100 minutes to cover the 188 km (117 mi) journey from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Agra Cantonment railway stations which makes the average speed as 113 km/h (70 mph)
