Can i take two ticket's at a time on any train where there is an availability, but, i want to go alone with booking two ticket's? one is for me and another is for my luggage, tee will not charge me? in second ticket what should i write? instead of an passenger name.

There are a lot of methods to bypass the rules, and I won't comment on that.

Why do you need 2 berths when there are a lot of people waiting to use the same resources. Get your issue solved(extra luggage booking) as per rules and help the humanity.
