Take metro from airport to ndls...and then take cab to nzm from ndls.... yeh best option h...
SpiceJet arrives at T1. To take metro, u will need to go to Aerocity, which will eat up almost 20-30 mins. Best is to take Cab from airport to NZM. Tell the driver to take the Chanakya Puri-Race Course-Lodhi Road route and your train timings. Time gap is quite less though, Good Luck!!
Your spice jet lands in terminal 1, from where to airport metro station, u need time

im not delhi resident but can give you some suggestion
dont opt for taxi/cab as its a peak traffic and you will get stuck
if i were you i would relay on rails insted of roads
take IGI metro to NDLS,you might reach the NDLS station at 14:30{15-20 min flight delay+15-20min layover time+30 min metro travel time}
