Have you ever seen any instance of a train making up and cutting delay by almost 4-5 hours ???? . Well this train does it most of the time !!
The train that left DHN/Tata on Saturday had a delayed start due to a line block near Sini/CKP. It departed from Rourkela at 1am with a delay of 6 hours , continued with its delay in Andhra. Had a terrific run in BZA-MAS section despite route congestion and stops (covered in 7 hours ).

of course it can. Just take its TT in Kerala.
Departs CBE at 11:05. Requries like 70min to reach PGT. So ideally by 12:15 train can reach PGT. 1hr slack
the train which departs at 1:20PM from PGT, having a not stop run to SRR, can reach SRR by 2PM, and say it takes 20min for loco change. By 2.20 train is ready. But needs to depart only at 3:10. 50min slack.
