Ok. If circar is running ahead of Ratnachal they usually allow overtake at KVR. Today both trains might have reached NDD at almost same time. Ratnachal will get preference as it will be on mainline. Circar need to switch tracks and join mainline which takes more time.
Strange controlling by BZA division today seshadri overtaken by Gautami and Nagavali today at NDD(as you said both arrived NDD at same time Gautami got go ahead)...Again Nagavali overtook Gautami at KVR but seshadri hasn't allowed to ot Gautami.
