Lets start an India Rail Info initiated campaign where we campaign against trains getting late by more than 4-5 hours and initiate automatic refunds to passengers rather than the tedious process of filing a complaint to get the refund (This is something most passengers do not know and IR is taking unfair advantage of it by not refunding)
Let the Railways automatically refund money to those people who buy tickets online. Digital India ka purpose bhi enhance hoga aur logon mei awareness bhi aayegi.
But talking wont be enough. We need help of as many IRI members as possible. Together we can achieve atleast something.
