Moulali Saheb G~ 398 blog postsFrom Ru-Sur Humsafar and 19419 train sharing the same time slot but 19419 has major halts enroute up to Gtl from Ru where as humsafar given no halt then where is speed up happened in between Ru-Gtl by eliminating halts....actually humsafar speeded up after Solapur compared to 19419 biweekly train....GTL division authority should look into this issue and provide halt at least in Hx , Ya , Malm , Ad it will be helpful...:)
Railways is speeding up trains only in some section do that it's average speed becomes 55kmph and it could charge Superfast fare from passengers.
Railways does not have motive that it is a non stop train in the section you mentioned so time required should be less from other trains in that slot.

MAS ADI HS is Speeder up in BSR-ADI section to Make it a Super fast
IR has decided to run HS as SF. Hence, SGNR-TPJ,ADI-MAS were speeded up to make them as SF.
