No Doubt, Nizamuddin hi hai yeh. I'm used to this type of Announcement. NZM pe PF 3 pe hi aati hai yeh , and Jhansi announcement pe Agra ka Naam aata hai , Agra ka Alag hi Announcement hai. :P

यस, correct guess.
At Agra name of Mathura comes in announcement but at Nizamuddin name of Mathura/Agra etc. do not come. This was the hint.
