This is such a slow train that even if it departs at 21:00 or so and take Kongu's slot, it can still make it to Delhi at the same time. With significant amount of slack still being existent.

If you remember, apart from Sampoorna Kranti and LTT NZM AC, Ek time pe KYQ LTT AC ki bhi bohut publicity hui thi. In fact there were a few more of such trains born on a silver platter of IRI. Can't recall the others.
You can't recall anyother either because being so-called and so-discussed these two has left others in graveyard :D
Picture it this way. This is just 30 minutes faster than Andaman.
