It is showing #40 available in 3A of Telangana Express for tomorrow it means tatkal can be considered because there is no hurry for tatkal people are taking normal WL
That 40 is of 16th. That's total number of seats in tatkal quota whose booking is not yet started. It will start today @10AM
Look after 40# is also there.. and no book now button..
But today's run 15th one is TQWL27 in 3A and just 2 available in PT which will also get full tomorrow morning.
