Should this Shatabdi be replaced by Double Decker train, to carry more people and cheaper tickets ?

NDLS-JP-AII Shatabdi, which operates with just 16 LHB coaches should not be replaced by DD, but 5 ACDD coaches should be attached to the Shatabdi to carry more paxs and boost the IR revenues. Normal SF train charges (without flexifare & meal charges) should be charged for these coaches.
