Have you ever got an upgrade or Downgrade in your ticket class? i.e. 3A to 2A, or 3A to SL, 2A to 1A, SL to 3A, like this....

This Is my bad luck as i had a Experience of downgrade but i never had a Experience of upgrade
Yes i got fare difference between 2A and 3A
But refund was very late after 2 months
