Oh,aata hoga iri pe ads but mera browser block kiya hua hai add ko.And i hate ads too muchπ‘.Youtube pe videos bhi theek se dekhne nahi deta

Site owners get revenue from no. of hits (usage) on that site. This is what I know about website running. Ads just augment the revenue. The money we pay net providers is shared by all the sites that are regularly used by users. Its a complex distribution. How else will a person get money to run a website as big as this? There needs to be income.

Just a correction. Service providers do not pay any money to the website owners. The money we pay as our internet bill only goes to the service provider and they in turn pay other service providers who provide the back-end infrastructure for the internet services.
Service providers are only charging you for the amount of data you use. It is not related to the amount of traffic for any particular website.
Site owners get revenue either from ads, selling services and/or products. Some websites provide their user information...
