Bro I have a doubt whether any train gets loco change at MDU, and whether MDU has a eloco shed as in TPJ
If this is there I can convert MDU as the place for loco change instead of TPJ

where is E loco shed at TPJ first? GOC is diesel shed and it has to cater NMR SL railways so it will be forever D shed. MDU handles loco so Loco change can be done there.
Start from Dehradun.. Add halts like Mtj, Agc, gwl, bina, itarsi betul and many more enroute.. Tapri - Nzm give 1 hr more.. Also give slack at zone change over points.. After that Green..!!
