Do i get refund on this ticket? I had booked it via IRCTC website?
Shouldn't the ticket get cancelled automatically in case of waitlist after chart preparation for e-tickets? isn't the same true for tatkal as well?

I am not able to understand - why the ticket PNR is displayed as PRS in indiarailinfo?? Any ideas
