NCR court order bigger than ICJ (International court of Justice)
Wah kya baat kahi..gud sense... NCR to aathwa ajuba lagta hai...
when I traveled in it , may be calculation mistake or what ,practically it was looking an average fast passenger train moreover,in paper also its average speed was coming to be 54 kmph. as per order 55kmph avg speed in flat terrain should be there at least for charging superfast charge from passenger. Somehow it looks like they have tweaked the TT by some minutes.
