IF ND and ANND halt added then add Vapi and BH also and some speedup required in ST ADI Section and remove 1 halt ND or AnnD

I have seen u commenting n blogs to add Valsad.. Plz if u don't mind may I knoe the reason?
Remove ND or Anand, how long we will follow IR trend to provide halt for political interests
As u mentioned Shatabdi has halts at Vapi Bharuch ND Anand, so u did not add vapi and bharuch but shatabdi doest not have halt at Valsad, just because of this
