Double Decker should run from SWV/Kudal to LTT in morning and return back starting LTT in afternoon. Since Tejas is now available for Goa, DD need not go all the way to Goa. It should cater to Konkan belt passengers exclusively. Also, as of now 3 sitting trains start in morning from Mumbai to Konkan. This imbalance can be changed to 2 in morning (Tejas, Janshatabdi) and 1 in afternoon (DD). Alternately, they can even try making DD as Pune to SWV via Panvel.
