Possible that came in to my mind since its a doshi ji's PNR :)
But rarely they give 45+F LB unless she is travelling alone...Usually won't be considered under SS if traveling along with another.
Ladies quota doesn't have all LBs... 6 SL class berths are earmarked for ladies all in one bay , only ladies or child upto 12 yrs can be accommodated there if traveling along. If not utilized could be released for Gen clearance.
